The Switch to Thumbzup app is a temporary app that will be available for a limited period for existing Absa customers only.
This app allows customers who are currently integrated via intent to older versions of the Payment Pebble ® Companion API to continue to process payments until such time as they are ready to migrate to the latest Thumbzup Companion API.The app supports the Payment Pebble ® Audio device, a secure card reader small enough to fit in the palm of your hand.
It enables sales, refunds, electronic debit order approval and provides access to daily statements.
Customers are encouraged to complete their integration to the latest Thumbzup Companion API as soon as possible so that they can install and begin using the latest Thumbzup PAY app (now live on the Google Play Store - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.thumbzup.payment.appstore ).

Install the Switch to Thumbzup app on your smartphone or tablet2.
Uninstall any older Absa Payment Pebble apps3.
Plug the Payment Pebble ® Audio into your device’s audio jack4.
Open the app and follow the instructions to link your Merchant ID5.

The Thumbzup Merchant Portal allows you to view and search transaction history online, view and resend eReceipts, generate reports as well as manage your devices and users.
